Eat smaller, more frequent meals
Women have a belief that they need to eat large amount of food so as to have enough milk for the baby. Proper diet is the key issue. Eating a lot of food will definitely lead to gain of weight as your body will be burning fewer calories than its getting. The best thing is to eat many smaller potions at frequent intervals.
