– One teaspoon of dried peppermint or a ¼ cup of chopped fresh peppermint

– 8 ounces of fresh water
– Honey and lemon to taste (optional)
Instructions
– Boil the water first
– Place one teaspoon of dried peppermint and one teaspoon of dried nettle leaf or the chopped ones in a mug and cover with boiling water.
– Allow them to steep for 10 to 15 minutes
– Strain add honey to taste
– For allergy relief, drink twice daily as required.

– One red onion
– four cups of water
– Organic, raw, honey to taste

– Slice the onion into thin pieces
– Put it in the water
– Leave it to infuse for 8 to12 hours

If you know you always experience allergies, pick pollens early enough or months before your allergies come out.
When taking, start with the smallest dose and grow it gradually until you feel that you will not have the reaction. For instance, begin with one or two granules under the tongue. Chew them or leave them to dissolve. The following day increase the dose by 1 granule. Do these for about two weeks until you feel no reaction will take place. If no reaction, take up to one tablespoon on a daily basis during the allergy season.
