Instructions:
- Wash the sweet potatoes. Ensure the skin is completely clean.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Prepare a pot – Get a cooking pot that is big enough to fully submerge your sweet potatoes in water.
- Arrange or put your sweet potato or sweet potatoes in the cooking pot. Add water. Ensure they are covered with water. Cover with a lid.
- Bring the water to a boil to cook the potatoes. Boil for 20-40 minutes. Check if they are tender. You can pierce using a fork to check. If necessary, cook longer until they are tender.
- When cooked to your desired tenderness. Drain the water and set them aside to cool.
